3. Bank account: successful applicants should have an account in their name and be able to receive international payments via a bank transfer or via mobile money.
4. Academic Qualifications: Applicants should have a proven academic record and meet the admission requirements for the university program they intend to pursue or are undertaking.
5. Field of Study: The grant may be specific to certain creative fields such as fine arts, design, performing arts, literature, media studies, or any other creative discipline.
6. Financial Need: Applicants should demonstrate a genuine financial need for assistance with their tuition fees. Applicants can include this in their application form and provide more detail iin their video call f shortlisted.
7. Creative Merit: Applicants must showcase their creative talent, potential, or achievements through a portfolio, audition, or written submissions.
8. Motivation and Goals: Applicants should be prepared to articulate their motivation for pursuing a creative field of study, their career goals, and how the grant would contribute to their academic and professional aspirations.
9. Academic and Personal References: Applicants will need to provide references from teachers, mentors, or professionals who can speak to their academic abilities, creativity, character, and potential.
10. Commitment to Community: Applicants will be assessed based on their involvement in community service or extracurricular activities that demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact through their creative talents.
